417 Outdoor Living Offers Three Maintenance Programs
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE PLANS
Platinum Level – This is the ultimate landscape lighting maintenance program. This assures your lights are looking their best at all times. The program starts with a refresh of your fixtures. We clean all the lenses, straighten and reposition any lights that moved over winter, relocate lights as needed due to vegetation growth, replace any burned-out lamps and reset all times as needed. We then perform a monthly visit for the remainder of the season. The monthly visit will include replacing all burned-out lamps, adjusting timers as needed, keeping fixtures clean and straight, and labor for any normal routine maintenance. A 10% discount will be applied to any necessary parts.
Gold Level – The program starts with a spring refresh of your fixtures. We clean all the lenses, straighten and reposition any lights that moved over winter, relocate lights as needed due to vegetation growth, replace any burned-out lamps and reset all times as needed. We then perform a visit every three months. Each visit will include replacing any burned-out lamps, adjusting timers as needed, keeping fixtures clean and straight, and labor for any normal routine maintenance. Any necessary calls between quarterly services would be billed per work performed other than a lamp that burns out in less than 60 days. A 10% discount will be applied to any necessary parts.
Silver Level - The program starts with a spring refresh of your fixtures. We clean all the lenses, straighten and reset any lights that moved over winter, relocate lights as needed due to vegetation growth, replace any burned-out lamps and reset all times as needed. It then includes the same visit in the fall to assure all your lights are working before winter. Any necessary calls between services would be billed per work performed other than a lamp that burns out in less than 60 days. A 10% discount will be applied to any necessary parts.
*All maintenance programs will be discounted 5% if paid in full at the completion of initial spring service.*
